“This is a story that unfolds along a scrolling timeline.
I am fascinated with the idea of exploring images as sound, as language, as music. In the world of IMAGE LULLABY, each and every image we see performs a sound. This work consists of fragments from the Reel Asian archives alongside images collected throughout my personal lived experiences. They imperfectly exist on their own in this vast digital landscape, yet their collective existence is contextualised together in harmony. In unison, they sing. All together, they form a bigger picture- creating something new: a story, a film festival, an image lullaby.”
